Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

• 200 g Dark chocolate
• 150 g Butter
• 200 g Sugar
• 3 Egg
• 80 g Plain flour
• 30 g Cocoa powder

Method

1. 1Melt the chocolate and butter together and cool slightly.
2. 2Whisk in the sugar, then the eggs one at a time.
3. 3Fold in the flour and cocoa.
4. 4Bake in a lined tin at 175°C for 25 minutes; cool before cutting.
